July 3rd was an emotional day for us with the
passing of Ian’s Dad, my Dad-in-law and Jessica and Cameron’s beloved Grandad.
We were blessed to be in Melbourne at the time so we were able to be close by
when he died peacefully at his nursing home.
Don was an amazing man and we had a wonderful celebration of
his life at the Black Rock Yacht Club in Melbourne where the Harts spent lots
of good times as a family when Ian was growing up.

We will miss him greatly this Christmas when we are gathered
together at his home in Phillip Island but we know that he would be happy that
his and Lois’ four children and grandchildren are together celebrating and remembering the good times.
